Confetti Case printed sewing pattern

Confetti Case printed sewing pattern

The Confetti Case sewing pattern is a super cool jelly-style cosmetic case featuring floating pieces of "confetti," aka scraps.

This super FUN case features scraps of fabric "confetti" encased in a vinyl overlay. Make the design in whatever colors and shapes you fancy, utilizing your creative vision in a project that takes about an hour.

The finished measurements of the case are approx 11" x 7" x 2"

Boxed corners give it shape so it will stand on its own, and the vinyl overlay makes it sturdy without loads of bulk. Yay!

Materials needed:

Two fat quarters of coordinating fabrics

1/2 yard SF101 or similar woven interfacing

(2) 12" x 10" pieces of clear vinyl -- ten gauge is best, I stock it here.

(1) zipper at least 10.5 inches long.  A longer zipper is fine; we cut to size in the pattern.

Prefer a PDF pattern? Here it is.

Make cutting easy with the SVG files.

For extra easy sewing, you will want to use a Teflon sewing foot for this project. :D I have a free guide for sewing vinyl here.
